I came to Alexandria Oral Surgery because I had a molar that broke off below the gum line. My first visit here was very pleasant, as dental office visits go. I found Dr. Fred Smith to be as if I was meeting an old friend. He was so personable and very professional. I found the staff to be very professional while being very courteous. If any of my friends and neighbors up in Sabine Parish up around Many and Florien, Hornbeck down at Vernon Parish, need an oral surgeon, I would certainly recommend Alexandria Oral Surgery and especially Dr. Fred Smith.
